Meet Your Therapist

I'm Amber Regal, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I believe the most important part of good therapy is a genuine connection. My approach is personable and supportive, designed to help you feel comfortable from our very first conversation. Together, we'll work to identify your unique strengths, build your self-esteem, and help you gain a sense of agency over your life.
